SignalFire Telemetry products connect you with crucial product and hardware data at any of your oil and gas operation sites—whether it’s a pump, pipeline, or storage tank.
SignalFire Telemetry devices install anywhere water asset monitoring is needed, whether it’s for collection purposes, treatment, or delivery.
SignalFire Telemetry devices can monitor key assets and can do it affordably, without any renovation or high-priced engineering costs. They install easily with no required cable or additional power. The data is available on your phone or computer and the cloud service can even output to your corporate system to integrate with the rest of your data and keep your operation running.
SignalFire Telemetry devices can monitor and manage water supplies and additives throughout the property, helping you avoid catastrophic shortages and keep your irrigation plan on track.
Avoid costly product loss in bulk storage tanks, terminals, and transportation movements. Whether calling for tank levels, gauge pressure, or even movement pumps or pipelines, SignalFire products can fill any monitoring gap throughout a facility.
Environmental fines for businesses are frustrating and can bring business to a standstill until they’re worked out. No business wants to hurt the environment, and in competitive markets stopping production affects the bottom line and staff. But there are effective and affordable solutions with SignalFire Telemetry devices.
Expand visibility and control of your refinery or petrochemical processing facility without expensive renovations or redesigns. And do it with your current gauges and hardware. SignalFire telemetry devices are designed to work in harsh chemical environments and meet the strictest safety and security standards
No matter the size of your service map, monitoring remote assets ensures efficiency and keeps your operation in compliance. That’s how SignalFire devices can really help, offering the most affordable and effective monitoring solution that will monitor liquid, gas, electricity, and other assets.

Designated as an American National Standard, Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) is a model code developed by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) to govern the installation and inspection of plumbing system as a means of promoting public’s health, safety, and welfare.
One such code in Chapter 6 Water Supply and Distribution is Section 608.2: Excessive Water Pressure. Where static water pressure in the water supply piping is exceeding 80 psi (552 kPa),
an approved-type pressure regulator preceded by an adequate strainer shall be installed and static pressure reduced to 80 psi (552 kPa) or less. Pressure regulators for potable water distribution systems shall comply with ASSE 1003*
AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services) began as a water engineering and consulting firm specializing in surface water systems in North Dakota in 1991. They now also provide automation and monitoring solutions for their customers. Jason Whitesock says the RANGER allows AE2S’s customers to now monitor sites that was once to expensive with a PLC and SCADA solution.
• RANGER Cellular Transmitters with 3 analog and 3 discrete inputs, DC Power Board
• SignalFire Cloud Web Application with global access from any device, real time text and email alerts, user customized reporting.
*Code may vary by Country, State, or Municipality
AE2S PRV Vault Site, North Dakota
AE2S’s customer purchased (10) ten RANGERs with 3 analog inputs and 3 discrete inputs to monitor their (10) ten zones.
AE2S monitors both up and downstream pressure across the valve along with flow rate from a SensusTM meter. AE2S installed the solar panel and battery to power the SensusTM pulse output. The 2nd discrete input provides loss of power from the solar system and the 3rd discrete input is used for intrusion detection into the vault.
By monitoring both pressure and flow they are able to monitoring for leaks along with water distribution across their entire system. AE2S and their customers value the ease of use with the SignalFire Cloud for easy configuration with the same look and feel for all tiles along with:
